Build a Holiday Creator Affiliate Program in 90 Days
Creators lock in holiday content calendars 90 days out, before brands figure out commissions. Waiting too long to launch an affiliate program means less runway to build demand and a missed shot at the best partnerships.
The 90-Day Holiday Sprint covers commissions, recruiting, and scaling a program at Day 30, 60, and 90.

With its holdings in top AI firms, Thrive has become one of the most consequential venture firms of our time. This is the first time they have put out a letter to their shareholders. In the letter, Jared Kushner reaffirms Thrive’s core strategy of opportunistic, concentrated bets across stages and sectors, guided by first principles and deep partnerships. He highlights AI as the defining paradigm of our era, outlines four opportunity categories (emerging tech like OpenAI/SpaceX, infrastructure/applications, transforming traditional industries via Thrive Holdings, and long-term “Eternal” assets), and notes strong performance (41% gross / 33% net IRR since inception). He stresses discipline amid hype, continuous learning, and commitment to founders and LPs.

In inflation-adjusted international dollars. Guyana has had the fastest GDP per capita growth in the world over the past decade, driven almost entirely by a sudden expansion in oil production — output grew 860% between 2020 and 2025, making the country a meaningful contributor to global crude supply growth. Before extraction started, Guyana's GDP per capita sat well below the global average; it's now more than three times higher. Chart from Our World in Data.

Ordinary Abundance - by Jordan Dworkin
This is an interactive essay about the extraordinary progress hidden inside everyday life. Presented as a walk through an ordinary apartment, the site follows a person through familiar routines—listening to music, turning on lights, reading, preparing food, taking medicine, using indoor plumbing, and going to sleep. Each commonplace object or convenience is paired with a historical quotation explaining how remarkable it once seemed.

Unlimited music, electric lighting, art reproductions, photography, spectacles, telegraphs, clean water, refrigeration, vaccines, anesthesia, bicycles, washing machines, central heating, and air travel are presented as achievements that earlier generations could scarcely imagine. The site uses these examples to show how inventions gradually move from being rare or miraculous to becoming nearly invisible parts of daily life. Its central message is both celebratory and forward-looking: modern comfort reflects generations of human creativity, effort, and persistence. At the same time, people remain dissatisfied and continue seeking better treatments, technologies, and institutions. Ordinary Abundance encourages visitors to recover a sense of wonder about the conveniences they normally take for granted—and to imagine what future generations may one day consider ordinary. The Long Read 📜
Letter to Shareholders - by Pershing Square
Pershing Square used its first quarterly shareholder letter to offer investors a detailed update before its earnings call. Rather than spending much of the call reading prepared remarks, management said it wanted to provide the key information in advance, leaving more time for questions and discussion. The approach reflects the firm’s stated aim of making its business, strategy, and challenges easier for shareholders to understand. The quarter was highly active following Pershing Square’s IPO. Its new investment vehicle, PSUS, raised $5 billion, and the firm deployed 95% of that capital across 14 investments. Six were new holdings: Visa, Mastercard, Netflix, S&P Global, Intercontinental Exchange, and Alcon. Pershing Square said market volatility created attractive opportunities to invest at prices it believes do not reflect these companies’ long-term prospects.

Howard Hughes Holdings completed its acquisition of Vantage, an insurance and reinsurance business, and appointed experienced leaders from Arch Capital. Pershing Square is also developing Pershing Square Ventures, an evergreen vehicle for investing in private, high-growth companies. This letter offers great insight into how a top-tier global investment thinks through decisions. Read more…
Your employees are connecting AI to everything. Now what?
ChatGPT and Claude don't just answer questions anymore. Employees are connecting them directly to Notion, Linear, Jira, and the rest of your stack. The AI can read, write, and take actions on company data. Most IT and security teams have no visibility into any of it.
Harmonic Security Connectors changes that. It sits inline with every AI-to-app connection, so you see each call, control what data moves, and block destructive actions before they happen. Employees notice nothing different.
See what's actually running across your business in a live demo.
That’s all for this week. If you enjoyed this edition, we’d really appreciate if you shared it with a friend, family member or colleague.
